Context
A 7-day UX design challenge at SCAD, focused on a global goal for sustainable development for Fitbit.
Problem
Modern technology often isolates individuals, creating an imbalance between digital and physical life. This "digital fatigue" reduces opportunities for real-world community connection and discourages users from participating in purposeful, shared physical experiences.
Solution
An integrated Fitbit feature that gamifies community engagement by bridging the gap between digital tracking and physical interaction. The UX focuses on localized activity hubs where users can discover, join, and track collaborative outdoor missions, making fitness a social and communal rather than solitary experience.

Impact
The project was selected as one of the top 30 out of 90 projects in the hackathon. It was recognized for its strategic approach to digital wellness and its ability to turn a personal health wearable into a tool for community building.
