Jabra Enhance provides hearing devices from the convenience of your home, all under the guidance of audiology team for thousands less than the national average. Mission to democratize, simplify and de-stigmatize the adoption and use of technically advanced hearing aids, empowering more people with hearing loss to hear better.

I collaborated with the product, engineering, and audiology teams to develop the post-purchase experience for the Jabra Enhance Select App. This involved strategizing and designing remote hearing aid controls and providing access to audiology care and adjustments. Created and maintaining a centralized design system with accessible components. To ensure customer-centric and data-driven design decisions, I facilitated usability tests to collect qualitative customer insights and quantitative behavioral data. This information was used to make recommendations that improved the overall user experience.
